How do I put on the eye mask?
Place the mask over your eyes with the cut-out resting on the bridge of your nose. Pull the strap around the back of your head and press the velcro closed. Adjust it until it feels snug but not tight.
Does the mask stay in place all night?
The adjustable strap holds it to your head, so a snug setting keeps it where it is. If it slips when you move in your sleep, tighten the strap a little.
Does light get in around the nose?
The mask has a cut-out at the nose, so a small amount of light can still get in there. Every face is shaped differently. A snug strap keeps the mask close to your face.
Can I wear the mask if I sleep on my side?
Yes. The closure sits at the back of your head, so turn it slightly to one side if it presses against the pillow.
Does the mask press on my eyes?
The mask is made of soft silk and rests on the eye area. Set the strap so it sits lightly. Loosen it if it feels tight.
How do I adjust the fit?
Open the velcro at the back and pull the strap to the length you like. Press it shut again. You can change it as often as you want.
Is there a gap at the nose?
Yes, there is a small cut-out at the nose. It keeps the band from sitting on the bridge of your nose.
Can I wear the mask together with the nose strips?
Yes. The cut-out at the nose leaves room for the strip.
Do my eyelashes touch the mask?
The mask rests lightly on the eye area, so your lashes may touch the silk. A strap that is not too tight keeps the contact light.
Can I wear the mask with eyelash extensions?
That depends on the extensions. Keep the strap loose so the silk does not press them down. If you are unsure, ask your lash artist.
Can I wear the mask while travelling?
Yes. Wear it on a plane, a train or in a hotel room. Set the strap to a comfortable fit.
Does the mask block out light?
It is made to keep light out, but no mask blocks every bit of light. A small amount can come in at the nose cut-out. A snug fit gives the best result.

Yes, the mask is made of 100% silk.
How does the closure work?
A strap goes around the back of your head and closes with velcro. Open it, set the length and press it shut.
Can I put the mask in the washing machine?
Only if the care label allows it. If it does, close the velcro first and wash it in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle with cool water. Otherwise wash it by hand.
Is there one size for every head?
The strap adjusts, so one size fits most heads.
Does the mask feel warm to sleep in?
Silk usually feels cool and smooth on the skin. The mask is thin and light. In a very warm room any mask can feel warmer.
Does the mask leave marks on the face?
A snug strap can leave light marks for a short time after you take the mask off. A looser setting usually avoids them.
Which colors are available?
The mask comes in navy blue, charcoal, black, pink and light pink.
Is the mask suitable for travel?
Yes. It packs flat and takes up very little room in a bag.
Will the mask keep its shape after washing?
Washed gently as the care label says, it should keep its shape. Skip the dryer and let it air dry flat.
Does the color fade in the wash?
Silk can fade over time, especially with hot water, strong detergent or direct sun. Wash it in cool water with a gentle detergent and dry it out of the sun.
Does the closure damage pillowcases?
Velcro can snag delicate fabrics such as silk. Close the strap before you take the mask off. Keep it away from the pillowcase while you are not wearing it.
How long does the mask last?
With gentle washing it should last a long time, but that depends on how often you wear and wash it. With careful use, it can last years.
Is the mask suitable for sensitive skin?
Silk is a smooth natural fabric. Skin reacts differently from person to person, so stop using the mask if you notice a reaction.
What should I do if my skin gets irritated?
Take the mask off and wash your skin gently. If the irritation does not go away, speak to a doctor or a pharmacist.
How often should I wash the mask?
About once a week or every other week, since it sits directly on your skin.
Can an unwashed mask irritate the skin?
It can. Sweat, skincare and dirt build up on the fabric over time. That can bother sensitive skin. Regular washing keeps the mask clean.
Is the closure gentle on the skin?
The closure sits at the back of your head, away from your face. Check that the velcro does not touch your skin or hair when it is closed.
Can children wear the mask?
The mask is made for adults.
How often should I replace the mask?
Replace it when the silk looks worn or thin, the closure stops holding or the fit loosens. With careful washing that takes a long time.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days in Germany and 3 to 5 working days in Austria and Switzerland.
Is delivery free?
Yes, standard delivery within Germany, Austria and Switzerland is free from €58.
Can I return the mask?
Yes, you have 30 days after you receive your order to request a return. Write to info@mylongevitylife.com first. We then send you the details on how and where to ship it. The mask has to be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
Can I send it back if the fit does not suit me?
The 30-day return window applies, but the mask has to be unused and in its original packaging. A mask that has already been worn cannot be returned.
